4. Visit the RTL+ website at tvnow.de and either sign up for a free account (if you don’t already have one) or sign in using your Amazon account login details. To access most content available on the platform, you’ll need to upgrade to a premium subscription.

Troubleshooting RTL+ streaming problems
If RTL+ doesn’t work after following the above steps, try the following troubleshooting options.
- Restart the Proton VPN app and start a new VPN connection.
- If you are accessing RTL+ via your browser, try clearing your browser cache.
- Restart your device.
- Clear your DNS cache (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
