This April, the European Journalism Centre launched DataJournalism.com to help train new data journalists. EJC Director Adam Thomas wrote in a blog post that the site is meant to be “a new space for journalists to learn and improve data skills, explore the latest challenges in the field and discuss new approaches with their peers.”

This service is an invaluable contribution to the freedom of information and democracy, values that are also at heart of the mission of Proton VPN.
DataJournalism.com is free to anyone who signs up and offers its members numerous resources, including handbooks full of case studies, video classes on data visualization, and a user forum where journalists can trade ideas and ask questions.
